At Not Just Baskets, we take great care in curating and packaging our gift baskets to ensure they arrive beautifully and in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help!
Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on gift baskets or custom orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
How to Request a Resolution
If there is an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your gift.
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage or incorrect items.
- Our team will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (if applicable).
Time Expectations
- We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- Most cases are addressed within 1-3 business days of receiving your request.

Delivery Information:
Gift Basket Delivery in Ottawa The cost to deliver ranges from $10-$15 for all Ottawa Gift Basket Deliveries. Local Ottawa delivery applies to: West Carleton, Carp, Kanata, Stittsville, Glebe, Nepean, Downtown Ottawa, Ottawa South, Barrhaven, Arnprior, Gatineau, Orleans, Gloucester, Manotick, Kemptville, Russell, Rockland, Cumberland, North Gower, Carleton Place, and Almonte.
About Your Order:
All gift baskets are wrapped with decorative cellophane and topped with a large handmade bow. Our boutique gift boxes will be closed and hand tied with ribbon and topped with a bow.
If the delivery address is to a unit # that requires access from outside, please ensure a phone number is provided for the recipient so that we may call them to confirm a delivery time.
For any orders that fall outside our local delivery, we will use UPS or Fedex to ship your gift and ship the next day. Delivery time across Canada is 1-5 business days. The cost of using a courier will vary depending on destination and weight. Please email us the postal code and we can advise you the cost to ship your gift.
Large Orders to Ottawa and Outside of Ottawa:
Larger orders (+15) may need longer lead time, which will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. Longer lead times are required for holidays, including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please be advised that bad weather could delay scheduled delivery times. We will advise you via email or by phone if this is the case.

All sales are final once your order has gone out for delivery. Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet gone out for delivery or for products that have arrive damaged.
