About Your Order:
All gift baskets are wrapped with decorative cellophane and topped with a large handmade bow. Our boutique gift boxes will be closed and hand tied with ribbon and topped with a bow.
If the delivery address is to a unit # that requires access from outside, please ensure a phone number is provided for the recipient so that we may call them to confirm a delivery time.
For any orders that fall outside our local delivery, we will use Canada Post or Fedex to ship your gift and ship the next day. Delivery time across Canada is 1-5 business days. The cost of using a courier will vary depending on destination and weight. Please email us the postal code and we can advise you the cost to ship your gift... **If your recipient is not home Canada Post will leave a notice card, where they can then pick up the parcel near by at their local post office. Canada Post does not make multiple delivery attempts nor redirect.
Large Orders to Ottawa and Outside of Ottawa:
Larger orders (+15) may need longer lead time, which will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. Longer lead times are required for holidays, including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please be advised that bad weather could delay scheduled delivery times. We will advise you via email or by phone if this is the case.
